A life in changing form.
I let the world in, choose what takes form and leave some of it here in language.
What appears here
This site holds the part of my life that becomes language. A piece may begin with a sentence, a lesson, a book, a piece of music or an experience that keeps returning. Notes preserve what I want to revisit; essays give a question more time; occasional letters carry what is ready to be shared.
Work, over time
I now work in English education. Earlier, I worked in editorial review and financial services. Across those settings, the same habits kept deepening: attending to evidence, finding the structure, choosing exact words and staying aware of consequence. Editorial review sharpened close reading, bilingual precision and structured records. Financial services made evidence and consequence immediate. English education brings those habits into a living encounter through language.
What continues
Across work, reading and ordinary life, I keep returning to the same movement: something enters, gathers weight through attention, memory and relation, and takes another form. Writing is one place where that movement becomes visible and shareable.
